Session 23



back after a few weeks off

Good, simple, hard session


lots of stretching

2 x 1min handstand hold against wall


3 rds
HS complex
3 pike bends/3 planche/3 HSPU

coupled with

30 sec ring support

3 rds
worm sliding thing back and front

coupled with

5 x straight leg strict t2b

Max L sit - 13 sec, pretty bad but my abs were fried
