    Looks like you have had some fun sessions at Schwartz's. It took me a long time to get used to the epic warm up...now i love them! it feels like you have achieved something and you haven't started the workout.
    Bjorn says hi...and ensure that you keep up stretching and mobility work as the volume is hard on the body.

    Thanks for the comments.

    Schwartz has been enlightening. I am really enjoying it. Having Benji doing all the programming for me (including all backyard sessions) has been a huge turning point as well as realising that I never actually worked out that hard before! Certainly not the volume anyway. My body is slowly getting used to it.

    I think what you mean by that is I should START stretching and mobility work ;)
