Notes: Epic WOD which luckily suited my strengths. Wasted time trying to tape my hands after I ripped both of them late in the 3rd round. All in all I got through it well especially considering how infreqently I am training at the moment. All HSPU unbroken.

* wtf?! Why do deadlifts feel terrible when everything else has improved. The weight doesnt feel heavy but I feel like i cant drive through my legs for some unknown f*cking reason

Notes: Diet fixed up, couple of good sessions in a row and I am feeling much better. Great clean practice, they're not perfect but feeling much better

Notes: Frustrating, difficult night. * 70kg deadlift for the 1st round then went to 60kg. Deadlift form never felt right , I'm not sure why, I feel like I'm going forewards with everything else besides deadlifts. All movements including pullups were a battle , so maybe I was just have a bad night.
