one arm handstand against wall right and left 5 secs each

coupled with 5 strict t2b (getting better)

press to handstand straddle and pike

handstand walking forwards , backwards and sideways, need practice

handstand 180' turns

lots of stretching

2 x 1min handstand hold against wall

HS complex
3 pike bends/3 planche/3 HSPU

coupled with

30 sec ring support

3 rds
worm sliding thing back and front

coupled with

5 x straight leg strict t2b

Max L sit - 13 sec, pretty bad but my abs were fried
