starting to get my mojo back

3 rds
8 x maltese lowers on box
8 x t2b followed by windscreen wipers
15 x starddle heel raises with hold

press to handstand off dumbells, progress really slow, drives me crazy but gotta keep plugging away

maltese hands back on rings 8-6-4

walking on hands over plates for a bit of fun
