Session 69

First session i have felt good in for a while.

cant remember much for some reason.

Tuck planche - really improving, flattenning out my back and getting my hips up
Front and back lever on rings. - nice and strong.
Peach (?) lifts, need to do lots of these
planche leans on pbars - not bad, need some practice
