    As for those ring MU HSPU..I am yet to master them so I have no advice. Johnny, Kieran and Jordan have them...I am still lacking confidence getting upside down!

  2. Thanks Amy! Training is going great. I'm really enjoying it. Although the only problem with Gp 1 is I now do the same workouts as you so it is painfully obvious how weak I am! Actually I think in reality it just shows how strong you are. ;) You set a great example for weekend warriors like me.
