Back squat to 12 rep Max, then 2 sets of failed weight

12 x 40kg
12 x 50kg
12 x 60kg
12 x 70kg
6 x 80kg
5 x 80kg

(last time 9 x 70kg, 7 x 70kg)

20 Pushups in btwn

Then

  2. Thanks mate. I have been training at Schwartz Crossfit for quite a while now. I try and get down there 2 days a week. Then do what I can at home. I have to say it has been a turning point. Great trainers, great programming and hard work means results.

    I still keep an eye on your blog and its always nice to see bangin' stuff out. Its not easy in our situation (age, kids etc). Whats Pete up to? Still training? His blog is quiet these days
