Zero practice or stretching since last session due top sick family :(

Abductor getting better but still sore

one minute handstand

straddle press and pike press without wall for 1st time (assisted)

one arm handstand both sides

handstand walking up and back

band assisted lsit to straddle on parrallettes

good session 

progress is slow but every session something seems to improve or get easier
