abductor still sore from playing golf for the first time in 3 years

getting good at this

coupled with support swings

2 metres forwards, sideways left (assisted), backwards (assisted) sideways right (assisted)
much improved on last time

prawn crawls (?) -much improved

press to hstand in pike (assisted)
5 pike two touches

coupled with strict T2B x 5

handstand walkling over dumbells - 1st time attempting this, good fun!
