pike sequence
3 pike/3 planche/3hspu

straddle sequence
3 x straddle

Ring sequence
hang/inverted/back lever /front lever

Dumbell shoulder stability

Handstand practice on rings, improving but still pretty crap

Assisted planche with band

hard session, progress slow
