HS complex
Pike HS (assisted) / 2 pike /3 planche/3 HSPU , roll out

Straddle press against wall - 1st time doing set of 3 unassisted!!
Pike press

ring complex
lsit to muscleup , roll through back to L

Ring tuck planche assisted - 1st time

Van gelda complex with 5 kg DBells

good session , shoulder sore but have a couple of weeks off now
