Session 21



shoulder feeling beter than last week, so good to get through a session without compromising what i do

Stretching

press to HS straddle *pretty good
Press to HS pike * 1st time doing these and felt awkward

One armed handstand against wall x 3 (each arm)
1st time doing these and went really well

Lsit to straddle
Lsit to planche assisted

great session
