good to work out the body but better still to work strengthen the spirit by study of the Bible..God loves us and His son Jesus the Christ died to pay the price for our sin so we would not have to. To accept the payment requires only repentance and allowing Him change us from the inside out. Check out book of John in the Bible to start. Like is short but eternity is forever.
