Good session, flexibilty improving, shoulder feels good

3.4km jog

been a while since I have been for a run, nice easy pace
Gymnastics warmup

Handstand practice

5 x each side @24kg
1 x each side @28kg

3 x 6 strict overhand grip

*shoulder made a miraculous recovery. This was the first decent session i have done at home since before i hurt my shoulder (approx 6 weeks)

Session 12

Great to be back after a couple of weeks off after the injection
Shoulder still feels iffy but hopefully it pulls up ok

Front support, martin lifting me to handstand by one foot

reverse L sit against wall (not right but best way i can describe it)

Parrellete pulls onto box

pretty wrecked but good session
